Below is an 1995 p Washington quarter with l u I b missing from e pluribus and u from unum the U is partially missing the coin seems to be not tampered wit and looks like not a lot of PMD there are some other minor errors as well was looking maybe for a value I can't seem to find on anywhere thank you for taking a look

Tried getting better pics only one is a good close up but with some glare

To obtain a more accurate diagnosis I would suggest cutting back on the diffusion lighting. Also change your lighting to a more axial orientated one with an angle of incidence of about 45°.

Additionally, when one zooms in on these current photos a lot of distortion emerges. If it's possible, try to take some closer shots of the 'e pluribus unum'so the missing letters can be further investigated in depth.

If you're unsure of any of the terminology I used just go to the search bar and type in the questionable word and it will probably appear in the photography section along with adequate comments.
