I'm going to stick my neck out and say MS-64.
Obverse rim ding or something at 2 O'Clock.
I think the hairlines are on the plastic.
Nice Coin.

I say '64 too, but it looks great. What's happening on the date, is that on the coin?

What is that thing that appears raised between the 1 and 9 in the date?

MS-63.

Further clairvoyance in suggesting the ICCS certification # starts with XWA.

After staring at the date a bit, I think it's just a tiny thread with the shadow on the coin giving an optical illusion of something else.

I don't think MS-64 is a stretch at all. The luster retains the natural bloom from portrait to rim, something absent on so many "MS" coins.
