1957 Wheat Cent DDO Date + Clash?

Hi,

Might this represent doubling on the Date?

Also, was this a die clash? As you can see from the photo's
he is kinda golden glittery, there is also notches of kind all around the rim of the coin. and in some spots on the obverse it seems are though there is part of the wheat ear design.
Or is this some type of Lamination problem?

I'm seeing MD on the date and not seeing a clash. The marks on the rim are PSD, IMHO of course.
