Looks like normal circulation hits. If you look at enough coins you will find some that really appear to have something special because of how those hits landed, but in the majority of the cases it's just pure luck where those nicks occurred and don't indicate anything else. I'm not seeing anything too special about the locations of these hits on the 194.
