Nice find on the blank planchet.  Was the rim upset on it or was it flat. I have found a blank penny but not a nickle yet. |

Did $30 to complete $2100 and got some really nice finds 1939 x2 1945-P x1 silver!  1954-S x1 1981 Canadian and this really neat die crack going right through Jefferson's nose. First major die crack I ever found   Congrats on the V nickel and the 1939-D Trapper! And also on the silver ender. Never seen one of those myself. Nice find on the blank planchet Doberman! I found a 1950 today and was super excited until I saw it had no mint mark. And the D is the lower mintage, is my still worth holding onto? |

1950-P has a mintage of about 9.7 million, so I'd say it's definitely worth keeping.

Box #107 down! Wow its been awhile silver-1943D and 1945S This is my second 1943D. The first one I found was in my first box! crazycat, that is not a simple die crack, looks like a precursor to a slit die. I found one like it, but can't remember the year. if it is the same year, that would be pretty cool. i'll look tomorrow for it.

Try finding a 50-P at a coin show - Ask around and I bet you'll be lucky to find one dealer that has them for sale. Plenty of 50-D's for sale at these shows but RARELY will you find 50-P's and you bet I keep every one I find from roll hunting.

I keep all the 1950P I find and I have not found very many.
I do not keep track but if I had to guess I would say about 10 maybe and I look through a lot of boxes each week.
