I have really enjoyed ordering online. I can get things done so much faster and always can print and track my order.
That being said it as a shame that those who aren't internet savvy may find themselves at a disadvantage.
You'd think the US mint would be sensitive about this.
The only problem with phone orders is that, well, if you've ever called the US mint...
