Hi all,

I'm trying to put together a variety guide on pennies from 1860 to 1967 and I was hoping a few people could give me some feedback on layout or content or anything that works well and that doesn't.

Here is the link
https://mypennycollection.wordpress...rence-guide/

Thanks in advance!

On the Freeman 231
Examples of varying overlapping 9's and can be found

Haven't found anything else so far and I'm back to 1897. Very good work.

Nicely done, seems like a fairly comprehensive resource.

The photo's are clear and useful explaining what to look for.

It will be back to 1860, but it is a work in progress at the moment. I appreciate it though!

If you want resource material, try the books Peter1234 has suggested above as they are all excellent for penny collectors.

If you want a website, one of the better ones is http://www.michael-coins.co.uk/ - just go to 'GB Coin List' and scroll down to bronze pence. Not all are pictured, but many are.

FYI dohcollector - I have taken down the guide as someone else has beaten me to it. I don't see the point in re-creating what has already been done.
Here is the link - https://headsntails14.wordpress.com/
Thanks for the kind words anyway
