I don't know if there is any value in this or not. The bank agreed that it is not counterfeit which I was worried about. The United states of America on the front is slightly smeared as well as the border along the bottom, both on the front. On the back "of America" is reversed and easily read, and the bottom border from the front is evident across the bottom. Just want to know should I save it, or spend it? Thanks everyone!

I'd EMS the bill. Nice W block note though.
