i found this 1989 penny that looks like burned and the color looks like silver or steel I dont see any copper on it, let me hear what you think guys thank you

That is a classic case of zinc rot. Caused by environmental exposure no doubt.

Bud250r - zinc rot is minor, and zinc rot doesn't completely deteriorate the coin.
