It says Honan 10 cash, I believe (can't see the 1 well, so I'm not entirely sure, but it's probably more visible in hand), so presumably that's what it is. The two-flags design is, IIRC, fairly typical for these Chinese provincial coins.

No idea if it's real though, sorry (some Chinese types are very commonly faked, don't recall if this one is).
