One the Obverse there is actually a Die Chip? attached to the bottom of the E in Liberty.

Wanted to see if the crack continued to the rim further down because I thought I could see some vertical displacement but I still cant be sure from these pics-though I'm leaning towards yes? If so I do believe you have a Retained Cud there...edit:horizontal offset is what I see not vertical displacement

I changed some color settings and used the flashlight to highlight the rim don't know if this helps.

Now I do not think it is a Retained Cud but probably eventually did become one-i think its just a die crack-we'll see what others say...
