The grading service do not buy or sell coins. The principal owners/officers DO buy and sell coins through their own companies. The graders typically are NOT allowed to buy and sell coins.

NPGS is Numismatic Professional Grading Service - they do paper money too (look here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/141862107905).
