Received a "Peace and Joy" 2015 Coin Set in the mail from Canadian Coin and Currency as a gift today. Happy Holidays to all NCLT collectors out there.

While my purchases have not primarily been NCLT, out of the blue I also received this in the mail today from CC&C. Flabbergssted the heck out of me at first as I looked at the envelope trying to figure out what I forgot that I had ordered - a truly thoughtful Christmas surprise!

Whoa. I got an unexpected package from CC&C. Last week I got a Free Master of the Sky coin for being Lifetime VIP. Today I got a free 3-piece Beaver set as a Christmas gift for being a Lifetime member. I checked their website and 1-piece alone costs $99.95 I also got a very sought after coin from them too I've been looking for the past month. I sort of prefer CC&C VIP to RCM's M/C. I've spent a few thousands this past year at CC&C but their sale prices were worth it :)

Congrats for the gifts! Quote: I've spent a few thousands this past year at CC&C but their sale prices were worth it :) Not the sale price should worth the purchase, but the coins, that you bought. Otherwise, it just a pile of discounted items.

It's the only coin that is sought after, makes the RCM's rewards look cheap.

The Canadian Coin package came today, exactly as mentioned at least they are not selling the 2 oz. for extra.

Quote: The Canadian Coin package came today, exactly as mentioned at least they are not selling the 2 oz. for extra. So as I understand, they sending this coin for free, as a Christmas gift? This is very nice. RCM actually sells (sold) the coin for MC, while the dealer just gifts to it's VIP members.

The 2oz. was offered for 189.00 and the 3 beavers and Xmas set was free, still a nice year end gift along with a dealer not taking advantage of market price.

Thanks John, for clarifying. Yes, nice offer and the gift, agree. Btw, this seems very fare - if customer spent a lot via RCM and the CC&C as well, he can enjoy the both companies' offer.

So far not received even a card from the RCM even though spent more with them, kind of shows how one company treats it's customers differently. The offer and gift from Canadian Coin was out of the blue and a nice gesture for sure. Also they sent a goose scallop coin too as a gift.

Same here, did not receive a single card from the RCM after spending thousands of dollars there. But I received the free CC&C gift even though I did not spend a penny there last year. Probably will send some orders through CC&C instead.

I received a card from the Mint. Wasn't anything special. Just the words of "seasons greetings from Royal Canadian Mint" (English and French) from John Moore, VP, Sales.
