Good catch Drew. Looking at past history for ebay seller - frans_coins - shows Chinese copy sales of two 1931-s cents (Nov 30th $66.00 & Nov 18th $56.00) and one 1914-d cent (Nov 15th $400). All three coins have common Chinese copy reverse. All three buyers left positive feedback....
Given that every coin this seller has sold in the past was a Chinese copy, the odds are good that the 1908-s Indian Head penny also up for auction is also a copy/counterfeit
info for 1914-d Lincoln Cent auction ended 11/15/15 for $400

Fairly good auction photos & touching story of a "extremely new" ebay seller selling deceased Dad's stuff.
