If you flip over the right image you will see that it says COPY on it.
A copy of what? I cannot say for sure, but that is a good starting point...

Beach resorts will often have buckets of "pirate treasure" for the kids--sometimes pure fantasy issues, but sometimes they are copies of silver 8 reales or similar, only in bronze. I am unfortunately not familiar enough with these issues to tell you what yours is a copy of, however.
