Saw this on kijiji.
Seller is asking $750.00m or best offer.
Not too familiar with value of error coins
but was wondering what a fair bid would be.

Looks to be in decent shape... if it is in mint state condition, $750 asking price is fair... offer them $500 (meet somewhere in the middle), errors like this from the mid 1990s are tougher than those from the 1970s...
