I received this midday my last coin for this year : a denarius of Charles the Bald (AD 843-877 ),struck in Melle, AR 22 mm , 1.5 gr .
obv : CARLUS REX FR(ancorum) , in the middle a cross
rev: + MET*ULLO , in the middle the monogram of Charlemagne,also used by Charles the Bald.
