A friend brought this 1972 Ike dollar over for me to look at. It has 2 odd bumps that project out from the surface. The one on the obverse, is just below Ike's chin, and the one on the reverse is at the tip of the eagle's right wing. The bumps are not "back to back". There are no dents on either face of the coin. Pics are attached. What could have caused these bumps?
