I believe this coin is doubled on LIBERTY. There is notching evident on many letters. I do not know of a good website to identify quarters, so if you know what variety this one is or would recommend a website I would appreciate it. Thanks for your feedback.

The CONECA listing shows that there is one, but no detailed description regarding markers.

Yes, it might be. It seems that there isn't a great deal for the date, so you may have something there that folks would like to study. You never know. Good luck on the hunt! Seems things are falling in your direction of late.
