This 75,000,000,000m note from Bielefeld depicts some of the seamstresses that helped to make some of the lovely bordered material pieces, that the city issued.  |

The seamstresses would have stitched/sewn the different types of borders onto the silk and linen pieces, sometimes in their own homes.....just to make a little extra money for themselves. The banknote itself depicts naked ladies in the rightside graphic.......  Here is another example with a different type of border. Both notes are catalogued in my book 'MATERIAL GEMS'.  |
