The bottom image displays the Ten Heavenly Stems and the Twelve Earthly Branches used in the the traditional Chinese calendar system.

In the middle is the God of Longevity holding a peach.

Near the bottom of the first image is the name of a company in Shanghai. Unfortunately, the characters are too worn for me to identify the actual name.

This is not a coin or token but rather a souvenir issued by a company in Shanghai.
