Looks like PSD to me.If it was a Cud it would be considered a rim Cud. Rim Cuds are only on the rim,when it goes into the field of the coin then it's a standard Cud.

If you look at the edge near that 'nick' and you see some metal pushed in where the nick is at, then it isn't a Cud.
