I always have trouble with rims. This Morgan has a strong rim on the right rev and rather weak on the left rev. PCGS says it's problem free. Are the rims filed, worn or poorly struck.

PCGS is right; it is just struck very slightly off center, minor enough to not be declared to be an error.

It's just wear. The coin looks nice and original without problems.
