Found this interesting one in the bag of reject coin from the coin counter at work. I'm not sure what to even make of this one. I searched the forums and Google images to see if I might be able to find something similar, but nothing stuck out.

When someone puts coins in a vice together and squishes them together leaving an imprint of another coin.
