Looks MS but I'm not sure about the originality of the surfaces.

In hand, I'm not sure about this one either, IndianGoldEagle. The toning does seem a bit 'splotchy' which is usually the case with a dip and retone.

I have one with similar color. I think mine was cleaned and retoned. Probably MS details

AU details, questionable color, some porosity or corrosion developing on obverse in field to the west of the bust. Reverse leaves, hair bun, lowest curl on bust, and nose do show a bit of rub.

The coins looks weird from an originality standpoint. I say UNC Details.
