First, here's the prize: a 2015 Silver Eagle Rules: 1. You may ask any questions you wish. I will try to answer them as best as I can without giving away the encoding mechanism. 2. You win the contest by correctly decoding the message. I.E., if someone correctly guesses the message but does not explain the encoding mechanism, he/she has not won. Good luck everyone!!
