Hi, this note is from the Banque Sino-Belge 1902-1920.

I know the other bank 'banque belge pour l'etrange 1913-1935' re-use those notes by adding a text.

But I can't read Chinese...

I'm looking for the translating of the Chinese inscription... (in English).
