I have spent over 30 minutes trying to get shadow/glare to reveal the last digit, it is a Close A.M. though.....

Sometimes I wasted a lot of time on nothing, I just get sucked in sometimes.......

compairing other coins side by side......I think it is either 98 or 99

Looks like a 1995 to me. Can you adjust the photo to sephia mode. Maybe get a little more out of it. Just my 1c.

I do the same thing and then after an hour or sometimes longer I decide that it is not worth submitting. My guess would be 1997. If you have a scanner I find it works good for revealing the really light or worn coins.

From what I see in the second picture, IMO it looks like a 1994.
