Looks to be about AU-55/58. I don't see any distractions but it lacks a mint bloom luster through the centers. It lacks eye appeal to me, just my opinion.

value? $25ish

Typical weak strike for a 41-S.
Takes a VERY experienced person to grade it correctly.

My first impression was that it would struggle to make even XF.
But it might make AU.

looks maybe AU. It looks a bit soft so I would be fearful of an overly dipped coin. You could have a graded AU58 for $69 on a BIN that is out there. I know its a sight more than $25 but its a lock on the grade (for the most part) and you know its probably not dipped hard.
