1962 PL-66 Quarter With Faded Antler - Missing Horn

SilverDon Pillar of the Community Canada 2360 Posts	Posted 01/22/2016 8:15 pm I don't know Rocky, looks like it may be as a result of a weak strike and that could be from the off centre strike. Not enough metal made it to that part of the die. Off centre, weak strike maybe? SilverDon Pillar of the Community Canada 2360 Posts	Posted 01/23/2016 05:26 am You are correct DBM, a bit of antler is there but not fully formed, it is not frosted like the rest, sort of fades to nothing closer to the date. Report this Post to the Staff
