Is this considered an off-centered broadstrike? The edge of the coin doesn't have any reeding. Thanks, and is there any extra value in this coin even though there's verdigris on it?

Uncentered broadstrike, the specific phrase "off centered" applies to coins struck outside of the collar and missing a portion of the design on both sides. Your broadstrike is probably worthy around $10 in that condition, nice find
