jprine Pillar of the Community United States 1599 Posts	Posted 01/25/2016 7:47 pm I have picked up a lot of toned Franklins in the last few months, this being my last. This one appears to me to be artificially toned. Cant really explain why except the colors just do not look right to me. Any opinions? Thanks! Report this Post to the Staff
