Hi,

I'm only asking about Mr. Wexler's site because as opposed to CopperCoins or VarietyVista (CONECA master listing redirect site), Wexler's site is the only one that will display "Complete" by a coin listing. I am wondering how he knows that.

In fact, copper coins and VarietyVista have listings DoubledDie.com does not.

And Doubled Die.com has listings CopperCoins does not.

Do you think it is because CC and DD show pictures and they wish to not bother with lesser known doubled dies? That'd make sense, but I still don't know why he'd put "complete" there.

Thoughts?

the complete has photos and info the ones without complete are missing photos or info on some varieties

I believe the word complete is referring to the site being update with all photos and discriptions of the currently report coins in section not infering non discovered or reported ones

coppercoins, wexler, varietyvista etc are always as all people are going to have varied opinions as as to what is strong enough to list or not

I see. Yeah, it looks like you're right. If it says complete it means that of the varieties that Wexler lists on the site, all those varieties have pictures and descriptions to go along with them.

Thanks!
