Could A Moderator Help Me Make A "Want List"?

My computer is acting different lately and I can post in most forums except the want list area. I only scene the "Start new topic" option once for a brief second then it dissaperd. Here is what I get when I go into the want forum.

If I make a want list here could I get a mod to move it?
The library computer does not give me this problem so I assume it is not the site but my home computer.
