Close to textbook MS-62. Has the luster and eye appeal of a 63 but is just too baggy. The MS-60 and MS-61 grades in my experience tend to be used for coins that are uncirculated but have very impaired luster or coins that are just excessively bag marked all over. This one has a lot of bagmarks but they aren't at a level that is unsightly and the luster is all there. Plus it has nice toning which can push a grader on the fence between 61 and 62 to knock it up to the 62 level.
