Small Or Large 1970-S? Also Possibly Doubled Die 7?

chuckster 125 Pillar of the Community United States 4113 Posts	Posted 02/02/2016 5:28 pm It's a 1970-S Large Date. The bottom of the 7 is clearly below the bottom of the Zero. There are all sorts of ways to try to figure out if it's a large or small date, but IMHO the easiest way is just turn the coin up-side down and look at the bottom of the 7 with relation to the bottom of the zero. If the 7 & 0 are the same length it's a small date, if the bottom of the 7 is below the zero, it's the large date . Edited by chuckster 125 02/02/2016 5:37 pm Report this Post to the Staff
