They may have given this one a break. it's a very nice coin, but that a nasty hit on the obverse. and looks like some enviro. damage had started near the rim..That said,VF25..but I'm sure not an expert on the rarity of these, that may have an effect on their final grade

you can find better. Max VF30 but for me the surfaces are a little too scratched up. 37 is a an easy year to find nice examples
