Going through all my old Buffs. Found this gem in the group. Looks like a lamination issue on rev, after strike.
Or just circulation damage?

Looking for the correct info to write on the flip so I seem intelligent...

Today must be my Nickel day...lol

One more question gents. Can coins still get graded based on appearance or do the unique or odd problems remove them from grading?

thanks again for all the look and comment.
Rest in Peace

If the error is a legitimate error NGC and PCGS will grade the coin and list the error or errors. Note that in addition to the normal tier cost, you have to pay an additional $15 for listing the error.
