This coin has some legs! I've seen a few auctions for this one, and they are ending in the $300-$400 range.

Yes, these prices exceeded even my high expectations for this coin! I knew it would be a hit, but didn't expect it to soar so high so quickly. lol It will be interesting to watch...up or down from here What a fun hobby!

I'd keep looking on ebay. You never know. Looks like Talisman Coins sold out right away, too. Can't find this coin anywhere now, other than ebay.

Quote: I knew it would be a hit, but didn't expect it to soar so high so quickly. lol At least you predicted it, and bought yours directly. I disliked the coin, and assumed that except the collectors that care about subject matter(West Europe roots and/or celebration of this holiday), the coin will not be interesting to the public. So....forgot about loading opportunity. Thousands of $$$ of profit lost!

Just bought from Power Coin half hour ago, probably second batch.
€99 = USD$113, including shipping to Canada.
p.s. Power Coin soldout again.

One would think after first wave of interest, and hoarding for resale this coin would settle right back, not to be too down but has a very limited theme appeal, who knows maybe the mintage has some affect, if there was wide appeal it would have not made it out of mc.

Unbelievable! I would never have thought that this coin would be such a success. NCLT is so unpredictable.

Is it worth to load some of them for USD 200+ and wait till they be 500 and more? But first, need to get spare USD 200...

Not to be a downer, would you pay 500.00 US for this coin or even 300.00 US?

Be frankly, I wouldn't even pay USD$100 for this coin. But unfortunately, ebay sold prices soared above USD$200 mark p.s. RCM's issue price is USD$83

Like I said before, if this coin was really cool it would not have made it out of mc, once the initial flipping is over it will probably settle back to issue. I do get your point if you do resales, there might be some sleepers in next months releases, but I doubt it.

Will agree with you both. Imo, the coin even not for "half-serious" collectors. Just a gimmick. But gives a "short-time" investment possibilities to whoever was fast. For now it is just "hot", that's why the prices go up ..... btw, what happens with 2oz Voyageur coin?
**When people pay now high price for the hot coin - this not smart. Just seen the coin that was hot in 2012 (Red Squirrel, not coloured) was selling for close to USD 200, now the FCC has it on sale for USD 83.
