The notch is on the left inside corner of the A beside
the D. Also the L and M in Columbia are notched. These
are pics from my coin. Every element on the reverse is
shifted. Check the flag, tips of the sun rays. Yours
appears doubled on the bottom. SPP noted the reference
notches in the Dec 2015 CN Journal, Canadian Spice.
