Hey all! I took a long hiatus for those who remember me, but I'm back and I have a question!

I just came into about 100 wheaties from the teens for $1.00 a piece and they all seem to have a light grease feel to them? I soaked a low grade no mint mark in acetone to see what would happen it seemed to leave a residue at the bottom of my acetone glass so something is coming off but is this the best way to do this or should I be looking at a different solution? BadThad, I know you are the master here...

I'm going to post some of these in the grading section for all your opinions too. I gotta say, I'm pretty pumped about these... $1.00 a piece!

Thanks all!

I would go with xylene is you're sure it's grease. Otherwise, you should follow the polarity ladder: water, acetone, xylene.
