Hi, I was wondering what would be the value for this 5 cents? I wasn't too sure if this one is chrome or not... as I'm kinda new to coin collections....

Here's a handy link to coin values including that of a 1945 5c. They were mass produced with many saved, so the value of those that have become worn over time is not much. It's difficult to tell from photos but there's a very distinctive colouring of chrome, sort of a blueish tinge. Those that are missing chrome reveal the typical tones of nickel coin, the layer beneath. Some 5c are also partially chromed.
