This is James Madison dollar - released in November 2007 (the 4th coin that was released in 2007). I am in the "D" country, so they should be D Mint.

I am leaning toward my option "C".

I am pretty sure I can order some more boxes..... so I may be able to do what Mila suggested (sell them to CCF members). However, I am very short on cash and can't hold the coin for a very long time (ie w/in 1-2 weeks before I have to pay for all those bills).
