So went through a $200 bag of nickels and found 1 silver but nothing real fancy, look in my pocket when I was done and found this. What do you guys think... XF, AU? Or am I way off?

a 1940 nickel should not have any silver content?

Yeah, no silver in it. I found the silver in the bag of $200. This was found in my pocket change.
