this guy is trying to sell a coin that I own and have listed previously, he even stole my entire listing details.
ebay as usual have done nothing about removing it and I contacted the idiot/scammer and he swears he has the coin in his possession!

Look mate, you clearly have to much time on your hands but also think you have some sort of right to demand people to do what you want. 1 we aren't even in the same location. 2 if it had been stolen from you, wouldn't you know about it? 3 report this to the police, you looser, they will literally laugh in your face. They have better things to do with their time than listen to some gronk sook about someone copying there add on ebay to try sell the same or similar item.

Good luck to ya

Ok scammer I see you haven't removed the listing. I will be reporting your listing to the police as a stolen item and they will obtain your personal details from ebay and visit you to retrieve it. Because if you have the item that I have proof of purchase, grading and ownership for, then you must have stolen it from me without me knowing at a local coin show.
Alternatively remove your listing now.

Hi
I do have it in my possession, but I don't know anything about coins or the value of rare ones like this. I gather your asking this because I copied your add details? This was given to me from a friend and I'm clueless as to what to write about it etc, that's my reason behind copying what you had advertised.

Thanks

How can you sell this item when you don't have it in your possession?
Rest in Peace

The thieves of the world UNITE! ebay at it's lowest. But, actually, if there were no ebay, the slimes would still be slinking around somewhere in hopes of nabbing something for nothing.

Yep, they'd go straight to Craigslist.

Nothing for sale now, I see ... wonder what his new seller name is ? Creep.
This activity is common in the pinball machine hobby as well.
