at this local auction they have been selling bags of 50 wheats all of one date. I got a bag of 1941s for 5 bucks,and a bag of 38p for 5 bucks, I passed on 44s. that's not bad for 5 dollars right? plus the 41s was a hole filler!

Seems a bit high at 10x face. Typically for average circulated 40s and 50s its 3-5x face. Maybe for all S mints 7-10x at max.

depending on the grades. If it is all AU/MS, this is a great deal.

wheats can be had my LCS in rolls for 5x face. Circulated ones that is.

must be a bit of a premium for the s mint. Not bad for something that's been sorted. Always soft spot for the S.

 i completely understand what you mean , I would pay $5 for a bag of some coins that I can't find on roll hunting lol Works as a revenge !
