I have 3 Victoria farthings of 1860 , wich one with a bad struck date .What is your opinion ? Have I to clean the coin ? albert

From the image it is already cleaned.
The coin is in poor condition.
The likely cause for the weak 8 is a blocked die.

It is a shame about the cleaning.It is always good to see mint failures.Keep your eyes peeled for the toothed/beaded mule.
