They are fighting because the coin is based on the upcoming Superman/Batman movie called Dawn of Justice. Hence the title of the coin is called Dawn of Justice. The plot of the movie have them fighting and that is what we see on the coin. Remember, Superman and Batman are the re-booted contemporary Superheroes, not the vintage ones we saw in comic books from the 1960's where Superman and Batman worked together. wildflowerAB Pillar of the Community Canada 2845 Posts	Posted 03/01/2016 10:53 am I'd guess that when RCM buys rights from DC Comics/Warner Bros, this particular image was at the lowest end of the pricing model.
