Highest PCGS graded is a 66, so that is fairly absurd with all due respect. I would be very concerned about it being dipped, especially with some of the toning on the rims. It's very splotchy and I would expect it to have fairly reflective fields, which I'm not seeing here.

Not trying to be negative, just giving my honest opinion.
