Looks like a solidus of Maurice Tiberius. Echizento should be able to pin it down for sure. I recommend posting it to the ancients section.

Bob L is correct, it is supposed to be a AU solidus of Maurice Tiberius from the Constantinople mint, officinae H. SB-478. I can'y tell if it's real from the pictures, they are a bit too grainy. If you can post better pictures it would help.
